     It's so good to have you stop in. 

     As an empty nester I am finally able to devote time to a lifelong dream of being a writer.  I am currently attempting an inspirational romance series set in the fictitious area of western Pennsylvania known as Drake Valley. 

     In reality Drake Valley is an area that resembles the area in and around Titusville, Pa where I frequently go to ride by bike on trails near Oil City where the first oil wells in the continental United States once created a booming business. If you’re a history buff, it’s a phenomenal place to visit.

     While I am waiting for a publisher to recognize my work, I work for a well known computer software company spitting out lines of logic for real-estate owners. I have a 40 mile trek to work, but it is worth the drive when I can go home and pursue my other passion of gardening. You can see some pictures of my gardens on my picture link.

     I live in eastern Ohio in the middle of cows and corn with the love of my life and our two very large Yellow Labs. We have four children, who have now moved on to start their own lives, leaving us to enjoy the concept of being empty nesters.
